These Terms and Conditions outline the scope of services and warranties provided by Grout + Glow. If you have any questions about the below, please don't hesitate to contact us to discuss further.

1. Scope of Warranty
Our warranty covers epoxy grout installation for up to 10 years and silicone application for 1 year, subject to the conditions below.
2. Warranty Coverage
This warranty applies only to workmanship carried out by Grout + Glow. It is valid from the date of service completion and applies only to the original property owner who engaged our services.
3. Warranty Conditions
Grout + Glow reserves the right to determine the appropriate remedy for any valid warranty claim, which may include repair, re-grouting, or replacement at our sole discretion. Warranty claims must be submitted in writing within 14 days of the defect being identified. Failure to notify us within this timeframe may void your warranty.
4. Warranty Exclusions
• Damage caused by structural movement, substrate failure, or water ingress unrelated
to our workmanship.
• Improper maintenance, misuse, or use of harsh/acidic chemicals.
• This is a repair service, and all care will be taken to ensure tiles are not damaged
during the de-grouting process. However, no warranty is offered if tiles are damaged in
any way during or after the repair.
• Grout colour will be matched as closely as possible to available stock, but exact colour
matching cannot be guaranteed.
• We will ensure upmost care to not damage or affect any surrounding materials or equipment in the bathroom or underneath the flooring, we cannot provide a warranty or guarantee if any damage occurs. This could include things such as underfloor heating, waterproofing or tap fixtures.
• This warranty applies only to the original property owner and is not transferable if the
property is sold.
• While Grout + Glow uses only high-quality epoxy grout and silicone, we are not the manufacturer. Any inherent defects in third-party materials are outside the scope of this warranty.
5. Customer Responsibilities
Customers must provide reasonable access to the work area and ensure surfaces are clear prior to service comencing. A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling, otherwise a fee may apply.
6. Liability Limitation
Grout + Glow’s liability is limited to the maximum value of the service provided. We are not responsible for consequential damages, including property damage, loss of use, or other indirect costs.
7. Dispute Resolution
In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to attempt resolution through negotiation before pursuing external remedies.
8. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Victoria, Australia.
9. Insurance Statement
Grout +Glow carries full public liability insurance, providing peace of mind that all work is
covered against unforeseen risks.
General Disclaimer
These Terms and Conditions override any prior verbal agreements. Accepting a quote provided by Grout + Glow means that you understand and agree to these term and conditions.
Care + Maintenance Tips
• Clean tiled surfaces regularly using pH-neutral cleaners.
• Avoid harsh or acidic chemicals that may erode grout or silicone.
• Wipe down wet areas after use to reduce moisture build-up.
• Inspect grout and silicone annually and report any concerns promptly.
• Use non-abrasive tools for cleaning to prevent scratching tiles or grout.
Following these guidelines helps preserve your warranty and ensures your tiled surfaces
stay in top condition for years to come.
